Creating and Changing
Construction Progress Reports 
You want to create or change a construction progress report for individual projects and periods.
· You select by project (project definition or WBS element) and in so doing limit the list of WBS elements for which you can maintain construction progress reports.
· After choosing a WBS element from the list, the construction progress report is displayed in a Microsoft Excel template.

1. Choose Create and Change Construction Progress Report (transaction /SAPPCE/PNV05).
2. If you call the transaction for the first time during the current session (mode), the dialog box DB Profile appears. Enter a DB profile and choose Continue.
The selection screen appears.
3. Enter selection criteria such as fiscal year and period, project or WBS element for the construction progress report that you want to create or change.
4. You can also define selection versions and use dynamic selections. For more information on these selection possibilities see the SAP Library under Logistics ® Project System ® Project Information System ® Working with the Information System ® Selection Criteria and Representation.
5. You can configure how the list of selected construction progress reports is displayed. You can explode all selected project structures or display just the project definitions, in order to explode specific projects.
6. Make your selection.
The overview screen is displayed.
7. Flag the WBS element for which you want to create or change a construction progress report.

Report.
The processing screen is displayed.
9. Enter the required data.
10. Save your input.
