The recruiter is responsible for finding persons to fill vacant jobs. The recruiter performs all tasks in the recruitment process.

● Performing Talent Relationship Management activities
● Performing rankings of candidates and assignments to requisitions
● Approving requests for status changes
● Creating questionnaires
● Sending questionnaires
● Creating process templates
● Creating data reports
● Making personal settings for SAP E-Recruiting
● Assigning candidates to talent groups
