Policy Tracking 
Use this tool to simulate the impact of changes to the company’s global transfer policy for each available assignment type without affecting the productive system.
You must have implemented mySAP HR Management of Global Employees successfully and maintained the relevant infotypes.
Policy tracking is a two-step process that consists in:
· Retrieving the compensation package items (CPIs) linked to the selected assignment type from infotype Compensation Package Offer (0706).
· Simulating the impact of policy changes, that is, calculating the difference between the old and the new compensation package items based on the new customizing settings.
The output is a list in ALV format that you can export in various formats or forward via electronic mail. It contains the difference between the old and the newly recalculated compensation package items for the selected assignment type and employee(s).
