Accessing the Chain-Liability Area Menu 

Use

To facilitate the use of the chain liability functions, the chain-liability specific transactions are made available in a special area menu called WKA_MENUE. This menu consists of the following three transactions:

·        WKA01 – Change Payment Block and Payment Method

·        WKA02 – Document Flow of Purchase Order Line Items

·        WKA03 – Check Expiry Dates of Certificates

This chain-liability area menu is not included within the SAP area menu. The chain-liability area menu can either be included as a personal favorite or within the user menu which can depend on the role of the user.

Including the chain-liability area menu in the SAP area menu is also possible, but will lead to a customer modification.

Procedure

To maintain your area menu, call transaction SE43 where you can carry out all the required activities.
