Use

In Company Pension Fund infotype 0046, you can store the specifications from the pension insurance of your employees. Within payroll, you can calculate the pension fund contributions to be paid using the data recorded.

Caution Note that the maintenance for this infotype is no longer supported. The data recorded is processed exclusively for contributions reference in the case of external pension fund administration.

Structure

Enter the validity period for the infotype record.

General Specifications

Assign a pension fund to the employee and select an insurance type.

Record the insurance number of the employee with the pension fund.

Store the start date of the employee’s membership in the pension fund.

Store a technical start date if another date is relevant as the start date of an employee’s membership in the pension fund for calculating the bonus or pension (for example, due to insurance years that an employee has bought).

If the start date for calculating termination benefits differs from the technical start date, enter a Start date for termination benefits.

You can also create a note.

Data for Premium

Enter an amount as the Premium base that is to be used independent of wage and without a coordination deduction for calculating the premium deduction.

To individually adjust the coordination amount when calculating the salary liable for a premium, you can create a corresponding amount as the coordination correction.

If a fixed bonus amount is agreed with the employee, the premium base and also the employer’s premium must be entered into the system. In this case, the premium is not calculated by payroll.

Dates for Pension

If the pension start date does not apply that was calculated by the system for the employee, you must enter the pension start date. In this case, the pension start date is the first of the month after the birthday that is calculated using the retirement age specified.

Mark Increase Freeze, if the salary covered by the insurance is not to be increased any further despite pay increases. This field is not evaluated in the SAP standard system.

You can enter a fixed insurance amount independent of the premium calculation.

If an employee is only partially able to work due to invalidity, enter the last annual salary before invalidity. In this case, enter in addition the degree of invalidity as a percentage.

To correct the pension rate, enter the amount by which the pension rate is to be changed.
