Use

This workset informs the internal sales representatives about their current workload in the area of sales support, current documents and so on. This includes information on the following:

·        List of backorders

·        Incomplete orders

·        List of blocked orders (blocked for delivery, blocked for billing)

·        Expiring and expired contracts

·        Expiring and expired quotations

·        Incomplete inquiries, quotations and contracts
