Employer Statement CH Infotype

In this infotype, if an employee’s contract is terminated, you can record individual data that is processed by the system for creating the employee statement form.
The employee who has left the company requires the form for a template for the unemployment insurance fund if he or she requires unemployment support. The form is issued by the employer if the employee requests it.
The following pushbuttons are available in the infotype:
In the header section of the infotype, the name of
the affected employee and the key date are displayed for which the form is to
be created.
If you still have not executed a leaving action for the employee, the current
system date is used as the key date for creating the form.
The body of the infotypes is subdivided into tab pages on which you store data for the following areas:
The program RPLERCC0 (employer statement) processes the data stored in the infotype and generates the form accordingly.

Certain data in the infotype can overwrite
values that were stored in the payroll unit of the AGBE application key (employer statement) for the employee.
You can, for example, overwrite the data stored in the payroll unit
line-by-line in the field Comments for
terminating the work relationship.
