Activities

  1. Copy the financial statement versions provided, BRU3 and BRU4, and adjust the copies to meet your requirements. BRU3 is for the main section of the statement; BRU4 is for the calculation of net current assets.

You do so in Customizing for Financial Accounting (FI), by choosing General Ledger Accounting · Business Transactions · Closing · Document · Define Financial Statement Versions.

  1. Copy and adjust the following sample drilldown reports to meet your own requirements. For the main section of the statement, there are two separate reports:

    • Capital Flow (3RFF3)

    • Reserves (3RFF3RZ)

For the explanations, there are three separate reports:

    • Net Current Assets (3RFF3S1)

This report consists of one item only, which shows the result of the calculation of working capital.

    • Calculation of Net Current Assets (3RFFCHA)

    • Government Subsidies (3RFF3S2)

You customize the reports in Customizing for FI, by choosing General Ledger Accounting · Information System · Drilldown Reports (G/L Accounts) · Report · Define Report.
