Features

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Object Overview

Here you access various hierarchies, individual objects, your own personalized worklist (see below), as well as your personalized menu for My Objects (see below). You make your selection from the dropdown box for this field.

Example

If you enter a given company code as your selection criterion and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info text Display, all real estate contracts and business entities of that company code are listed in the hierarchy display. If you expand a contract or object, all the detailed data and subordinate objects (buildings, rental objects, settlement units, and so on) with their detailed data are displayed for selection and processing.

For example, to call a specific contract, choose Real Estate Contract in the dropdown box. Enter the company code and contract number and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info text Display.

Worklist

The worklist contains a list of open processes for the given user, such as, contracts that are not activated.

The system automatically adds all real estate objects, for which the user needs to take some action, to that user’s worklist.

My Objects

All of your real estate objects are listed in the navigation area. By double-clicking on the object in the list, you can navigate to the processing screen for the given object.

Other Functions

By choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text with the quick info text Favorites in the browser menu, you can create a list of your own favorite objects and then access them from the list.
