       1.      Available transport equipment (belonging to a particular forwarding agent) is assigned to an outbound document. For more information, see Assigning Vehicles to Documents.

       2.      A location is scheduled for the transport equipment.

       3.      A movement from the parking space to the scheduled door is created.

       4.      At the scheduled time, the movement is executed and confirmed.

       5.      The goods are loaded into the transport equipment, with the beginning and end of the loading operation being confirmed.

       6.      The transport equipment is sealed.

       7.      A movement from the door to a parking space is created and confirmed.

       8.      The forwarding agent’s means of transport arrives at the yard.

       9.      The means of transport is created and checked-in to the yard.

   10.      A movement to the parking space in which the transport equipment is located is created and confirmed.

   11.      The transport equipment is attached to the means of transport. For more information, see Attaching Transport Equipment to Means of Transport.

   12.      A movement from the door to the checkpoint is created.

   13.      The movement is executed and confirmed.

   14.      The vehicle is checked-out of the yard.
