Where there are absences, either paid or unpaid leave in the month, you must specify whether these absences or Releases are "adjusted" (that is, whether they are to be taken into account in the calculation of averages) and for which type of month (that is, only for months with 31 days, only for February, or for both).

You do this using the implementation guide, in the section Payroll Argentina ® Absences ® Divisor 30 ® Define adjustment type by class of absence or attendance.

For months in which there is only vacation or industrial accidents or sickness, you do not make any adjustment, as these calculations are done on the basis of calendar days.
