Searching for Disposal Documents 

Use

This procedure describes how you use various search criteria to find disposal documents in order to display or change them.

Procedure

You can search for disposal documents as follows:

·        If you are not on the Display Disposal Documents or Change Disposal Document screen, proceed as follows:

...

                            a.      Choose Disposal Documents ® Find Disposal Documents in the Waste Management menu.

The Choose Disposal Documents dialog box appears.

                            b.      Enter the required data and choose  with the quick info Execute.

The Display Disposal Documents screen appears.

·        If you are on the Display Disposal Documents or Change Disposal Document screen, enter data as required under Selection and confirm your entries.

If the Selection screen area is not displayed, choose  with the quick info Show <-> Hide Selection Fields to show it.

If you want to enter additional search criteria, choose  with the quick info Multiple Selection.

Result

In the overview tree, the disposal documents that correspond to the search criteria are displayed.
