Use

The information system in SAP Travel Planning supports travel managers in reviewing trip destinations, routes, transportation means, and providers. Data on business volumes with travel service providers can also be used as an effective basis for negotiations with providers about rate agreements.

You can filter the data in the provider reports to see only the travel services actually reserved or also the open or requested travel plan items.

You do not need to make additional settings in Customizing in order to use travel planning data for reports.

Integration

Within the SAP system you can also use the reports from Travel Expenses from the Structure linkManager's Desktop in HR Personnel Management.

You can also use the data from Travel Expenses in the Business Information Warehouse (BW). For more information, see in the SAP Library under BW System.
