For some movements of assets it is necessary to print way bills. First the official document type which should be used is entered at the company code level. For the asset movements four types or reasons of movement are defined. For each type separate forms could be defined. This forms are assigned to the different types at the company code level. It is possible to define own assignments for the printing of copies.

Waybills are needed for asset movements in Argentina. Two transactions were added to the standard asset accounting menu. Under the menu ‘Asset’ a point ‘Waybill’ is added. From this point the creation and the printing of waybills can be reached. The movements are assigned to four types: the physical movement, i.e. the change of location, the transfer, i.e. the accounting type of movement, the transfer with movement, i.e. the combination of the first and second types and for all other cases the type others.
