Detail Planning by the Personnel Cost
Planner 
In your role as personnel cost planner, this function allows you to check, change, and enhance the plan for all employees, organizational units, jobs, and positions.
This function is intended for the personnel cost planner. The same function is also available to line managers (see Detail Planning by Line Managers). In contrast to the personnel cost planner, however, line managers can only access the plan data for employees and organizational objects in their area of responsibility.
You have executed a cost planning run.
In your role as personnel cost planner, you can view the plan data for all employees and organizational objects. This is the only difference between the functions available to the personnel cost planner and those available to line managers.
To execute the function from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Personnel Cost Planning ® Cost Plans ® Change Plan Data.
