Dimona Declarations Infotype (0735) 

Definition

In this infotype you store all information relevant for Dimona declarations. The Dimona declaration, which stands for Déclaration IMmédiate - ONmiddellijke Aangifte, enables you to notify the National Office for Social Security (RSZ/ONSS) of the following events:

·        Hiring
Newly hired employees have to be reported no later than the first day of employment.

·        Terminations
Employees leaving the company have to be reported no later than the day following the contract termination.

·        Corrections and cancellations
Only applicable if the start or end date of the employment or the whole employment period has to be changed. Changes can be reported via any electronic channel, regardless of the previously used channel.

Use

This infotype is updated:

·        Either automatically by report Prepare Dimona IT 735 declarations (RPUDIPB0) and eventually stored in the electronic Dimona file by means of report Dimona declaration report (RPLDIDB0).

·        Or manually by users who created the declaration manually or via vocal server.

You must have performed the relevant activities under Social Insurance > Dimona Declaration > Main Settings in the Implementation Guide for the Belgian Payroll.
