Maintaining Company Car Information 

Use

This object discusses the types of information that you can maintain in a Company Car infotype (0442).

Infotype structure

In this infotype you can store the following categories of information on Company Car benefit:

·       Car Information

Under this category, you maintain information related to the Company Car that is used by an employee. For example, the classification of the car, manufacturer’s name, car model and the registration date.

·        Price and Benefit

Under this category, you maintain the pricing information on the car. For example, the List price, Discount received and the Purchase Price of the car.

You also have the option of calculating the tax benefit received by the employee on the Company Car. The Car Regulation option determines the criteria for calculating the tax benefits.

·        Additional Information

As an additional information, you can specify the total mileage driven by the employee in a year, for both official and personal reasons.
