The Tax component holds all the numbers and information used when calculating the employee's tax. The tax calculation itself is handled by the third party, PBS. Based on the data entered in the Fiscal Data Infotype (0072), PBS calculates the amount to be paid. The amount is then transferred to the tax authorities, "Told & Skat".
