Procedure documentation Completing Questionnaires Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Prerequisites

You have run a work area search and are in the hit list.

Procedure

...

       1.      Select the required work area and then choose Goto ® Specific Questionnaire.

The Edit Work Area: Specific Questionnaire Assignment screen with the list of assigned (specific) questionnaires appears.

       2.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Edit questionnaire.

       3.      Fill out the questionnaire.

When doing so, note the functions listed in the table below.

       4.      When you have finished filling out the questionnaire and do not want to permit any more changes, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to close the questionnaire.

Note

You must close a questionnaire so that you can analyze it in risk assessment.

Caution

You cannot undo the close function.

Supporting Functions

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

 

Shows additional information such as created on, last changed by.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

 

Prints the questionnaire.

You can read the completed questionnaires back into the system by scanning them.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text

 

Changes the language.

If the texts were not translated, they are displayed in the language in which they were created.

Sets the language back to the logon language.

Not answered -> No

Sets all unanswered questions to No.

Yes answers

Lists all questions to which you answered with Yes.

Wrong answers

Lists the answers that are not possible (not correct). You can correct the errors directly.

Checks the answers and allows you to correct them. The system also runs this check when you close the questionnaire.
