Assigning Questionnaires to Work
Areas 
You have run a work area search and are in the hit list.
...
1. Select the required work area and then choose Goto ® Specific Questionnaire.
The Edit Work Area: Specific Questionnaire Assignment screen with the list of assigned (specific) questionnaires appears.

Choose
New
questionnaire.
The Questionnaire Assignment: Change screen with the list of questionnaires to be merged appears.
3.
Enter in the list the
general
questionnaires from which the system is to create the final questionnaire.
Use the input help for this.

You can assign only questionnaires that have the status Active.
4.
Confirm the completed list

Choose

A dialog box appears in which you are prompted to enter a description for the questionnaire.

Enter a description and choose

The Edit Work Area: Specific Questionnaire Assignment screen appears again. The questionnaire you created appears as a new entry in the list of assigned questionnaires. The questionnaire key was assigned by the system.
7. If necessary, also edit the Operatn status and Qustn date input fields and save your entries.
You have assigned a questionnaire to the work area. This (specific) questionnaire was created from the contents (catalog entries) in the general questionnaires you specified.
You can now complete the questionnaire.

You can use the questionnaire with an identical key for other operation statuses. To do this, copy the questionnaire key to a new line in the list, assign the required operation status, and save your entries.
