Creating Question Catalogs and Catalog Groups

       1.      From the Industrial Hygiene and Safety menu, choose Work Areas ® Edit Work Areas.

This takes you to the Edit Work Area: Initial Screen.

       2.      Choose Environment ® Questionnaire ® Edit Question Catalog.

The editing screen for question catalogs appears (Overview: Change Question Catalogs).

       3.      Choose Catalog/Catalog Group.

The Change View “Question Catalog”: Overview screen appears.

Creating Question Catalogs

       1.      Choose New entries and create the required question catalog.

       2.      Assign catalog groups to the question catalog.

This step is necessary so that you can create catalog entries for the question catalog. Catalog entries are always assigned to a catalog group.

       1.      Select the question catalog for which you need to create the catalog group and choose Catalog group.

       2.      Choose New entries and create the required catalog group.
