Data about requirements a candidate must fulfill in order to occupy a position is stored in this infotype.

Use

In Recruitment, the requirements that a candidate must fulfill in addition to the Education Requirements (infotype 5128) and the Required Qualifications (infotype 5129) to qualify for an open position are saved in this infotype. The manager or recruiter enters this data when creating the requisition.

Note

This infotype is not currently in use (release SAP E-Recruiting 600 and lower).

●     Length of Service

●     Industry Experience in Years

●     Work Experience in Years

●     Description of Requirements (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Additional Qualifications (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)

●     Description of Education (points to a text in the document storage for HR objects)
