Contract Bundle Types 

Definition

Effective differentiation of different contract bundles. Possible contract bundle types include:

·        Bundled commission contracts only

·        Bundled contract bundles only

·        Bundled commission contracts and contract bundles

Example:

Commission contract partners A, B and C are assigned to contract bundle 1 that bundles only signed contracts for area XY. Commission contract partners B and C are assigned to contract bundle 2 that bundles only signed contracts for area YZ. This gives companies a clear overview of the signed contracts in each area.

Use

The contract bundle type lets you categorize the different contract bundles.

Switching contract bundles

You can switch contract bundle type once the expiry date has been reached.

Multilevel relationships

It is possible to have multilevel relationships between contract bundles, in which there are more than one commission contract and contract bundle, which also bundle other commission contracts.

Contract bundle evaluations

You can use the SAP drilldown for evaluation purposes.

Transfer mode

You can use the transfer mode to navigate to the corresponding commission contracts.

Furthermore you can use customer-specific exits, for example, object data collection for additional commission cases or letters or documents.
