Use

You can use the SAP enhancement LTBLX003 to create and maintain additional fields (known as custom subscreens). In these fields you can store additional information about the limit.

The enhancement consists of:

·       Menu enhancement and pushbutton for limit maintenance

·       Entry for a subscreen to be defined by the customer

·       Customer exit 003 for transporting limit fields to the subscreen

·       Customer exit 004 for transporting limit fields back from the subscreen

Prerequisites

You need knowledge of the Structure linkSAP Enhancement Concept and ABAP.

Procedure

Entering Custom Fields

1.      Using transaction SE11, create a structure containing the additional fields you require.

2.      Using transaction SE11, create an append for table VTBLV (limits) and enter a name for the append in the above structure.

3.      Using transaction CMOD, create an enhancement project for this SAP enhancement LTBLX003.

4.      Create your own maintenance screen SAPLXTBL1, no. 9000 for the maintenance of your own fields (in the attributes, select "Subscreen").

5.      Activate your project.

Populating Custom Fields with Data

1.      In SEM Banking choose ...® Master Data ® Limits ® Edit; in CFM choose ...  ® Master Data ® Limits ® Maintain.

2.      Select your required limit type and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying textChange Limits.

If you have created several individual time-based limits, you access the limit maintenance screen by selecting the respective individual limit and choosing Choose Limit.

3.      Now select Additional Fields to maintain the fields of the custom subscreen.

4.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Save to save your limit.

Note

Making entries in these fields sets back the release status.

Note

So that the additional fields are shown in reporting (limit utilization overview), you need first to unhide them by choosing the ALV function Define Display Variants.
