Phrase
Generation in Filling
In filling, the system generates phrases from the identifiers for hazard inducers and UN descriptions. It enters these phrases in the dangerous goods master.
Settings in Customizing for Identification Listings
· The system takes into account only those identifiers of the identification category NAM that are specified in the identification listings D_DANGOOD for UN descriptions and D_DGHIS for hazard inducers.
· The dangerous goods-relevant identification types should all belong to the same position within an identification listing. To guarantee uniqueness, you cannot assign the same priority to a number of identification types within the identification listing.
· For reasons of clarity and performance in phrase generation, you should use as few identification types as possible.
Priority of Identifiers in Specification Header Data
In phrase generation, the system determines those identifiers with the highest priority from a series of identifiers according to the following principle:
...
1. Assignment to regulatory lists
Using regulatory lists you can assign individual identifiers to special dangerous goods regulations. If a number of identifiers of different identification types are assigned to a regulation, the priority decides the identification listing.
2. Identification listing of identification type
If there are several identifiers of different identification types, their priority in the identification listing is evaluated only after the assigned regulatory lists have been evaluated.
3. Defined language
If there are identifiers with and without a defined language within the same identification type, the language-specific identifiers have higher priority for the selected language. For the other languages the language-independent identifiers are used.
The system does not take usages into account, that is the combinations of rating and validity area, for identifiers in phrase generation.
