Use

The reassignment of order confirmations (ROC) process supports confirmation of high-priority items by quantity reduction of low-priority items. Quantities of items that are already part of a particular delivery in the ERP system can be reassigned from the delivery to the sales order in SAP CRM with higher priority until transfer orders in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) for the delivery items have been created.

Reduction requests are forwarded through SPM in ERP to SAP EWM. Then, depending on the processing status of the delivery within the warehouse, SAP EWM decides how to handle the request.

Reassignment of order confirmation is supported only when deliveries are distributed to SAP EWM, and not to a centralized warehouse or another decentralized warehouse.
