Identity Infotype (0002) 

Definition

This infotype is used to enter and store the identity of an employee/candidate.

This infotype allows you to enter the Social Security number. The Social Security number is a piece of information relating to the individual rather than to the job, namely the employee’s allocations.

 

Use

Enter the Social Security number. The check key verifies the consistency of the Social Security number entered.

This infotype complies with the principles of the National Committee for Information Processing and Privacy (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, CNIL) and does not support entries relating to race, ethnic origin or religion.
