Use of the Classification System 
If you want to add
specific information your company requires to the data managed in Industrial Hygiene and Safety, you can create additional tab
pages with input fields for various object types or modify the existing tab
pages. This is made possible by a link between Industrial Hygiene and Safety and the
Classification
(CA-CL)
component.
You must make the necessary settings when you set up the system. For more information, see Assign Value Assignment Types to Classes in the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Industrial Hygiene and Safety.

As well as the layout of the tab pages, in Customizing you can control which tab pages are used, depending on the object subtype. For more information, see Configure Tab Pages in the IMG for Industrial Hygiene and Safety
In addition to this, in Customizing you can assign different phrase sets to fields that have values assigned in the form of phrases, depending on the object subtype. This applies, for example, to the Protection goal field for a safety measure and the Body part field in incident/accident management. For more information, see Assign Phrase Sets to Fields in the IMG for Industrial Hygiene and Safety.
The tab pages defined with the help of the link to the classification system appear in the respective function (for example, in industrial hygiene and safety data) as additional tab pages on which you can enter your own specific information.
The fields on the tab pages correspond to the characteristics of the class. Depending on the data type of the characteristic, you can either enter your data manually or choose a possible value assignment (phrase-enabled characteristic) using the input help.
