Procedure documentation Executing a Pick and Pack Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

Using your presentation device, you can execute pick and pack activities for task bundles and superbundles.

Procedure

...

       1.      From the Menu screen, choose Stock Transfer ® Picking ® System-Guided Pick & Pack.

...

                            a.      If you have defined either an empty pallet zone for the source zone of the picking tasks, or a free empty pallet zone, the Picking Point Verify screen appears.

                                                  i.       Enter or scan the number of the destination (pick) handling unit.

                                                ii.       Choose Save.

                                               iii.       Choose Next. The Source screen appears.

                            b.      If you have not defined an empty pallet zone for the source zone of the picking tasks, the Source screen appears.

       2.      Enter or scan the number of the destination handling unit, if you have not already done so.

       3.      If you want to split the quantity of the picking task over more than one handling unit:

                            a.      Choose Split. The Split screen appears.

                            b.      Enter one of the following:

                                                  i.       In the New qty field, the quantity to be placed in this handling unit

                                                ii.       In the Act. Rem. Qty field, the quantity that will remain for placement in a different handling unit

                            c.      Choose Cnfr. You return to the Source screen, with the new quantity to be confirmed being displayed.

       4.      Choose Save to confirm a picking task. If you have split the quantity of the picking task over different handling units, a new picking task for the remaining split quantity is created.

       5.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to scroll down to next picking task.

       6.      Split or confirm the remaining picking tasks as described above.

       7.      Choose Next. The Destination screen appears.

       8.      Choose Save.

If you did not split any quantities across different handling units, the task bundle is confirmed.

If you split quantities across different handling units, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text  and save for all handling units.
