Withholding Tax Report to the Tax Authorities 

Use

You use the Withholding Tax Report to the Authorities (Japan) report to prepare withholding tax returns (Shiharai Chosho) for reporting to the Japanese authorities. Companies in Japan can use this report to calculate and report withholding tax according to the Japanese legal requirements.

To access the report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting ® Financial Accounting ®Accounts Payable ® Withholding Tax ® Japan ® Withholding Tax Report to the Tax Authorities (Japan).

Features

When you execute the report, the system automatically determines the withholding tax amount according to your specifications and returns a list, which you can print. The report also includes sales subject to withholding tax that are from open items not cleared.
