Object documentation Absences (Infotype 2001): Sickness Leave Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Definition

Absences are divided into absence types. Absence types are subtypes of infotype Absences (2001). The GB subtype of infotype 2001 relevant for Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) is 0200 (illness)

Use

You maintain subtype 0200 of infotype 2001 to set up SSP payments for an employee absent on sickness leave.

Structure

You enter the beginning and end dates of the sickness absence in the relevant infotype Absences (2001) subtype record. These beginning and end dates are entered in the Start and To fields, respectively. The SAP system then automatically calculates the absence hours, absence days and calendar days.
