To prepare a profit and loss statement, you can use the sample drilldown reports provided.

There are two reports, one for the main section of the profit and loss statement, and one for the explanations.

Prerequisites

You have made the settings described in Customizing for Profit and Loss Statements.

Activities

To access the sample drilldown reports, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Accounting · Financial Accounting · General Ledger · Information System · General Ledger Reports · Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss Statement/Cash Flow · Russia · Profit and Loss Statement.
