Requisition
Formal request by the manager to the recruiter to find potential candidates for one or more vacant positions. The requisition is an internal document determining the positions for which candidates are to be sought, the requirements which candidates must fulfill, and how the candidate search will be performed.
Recruiters or managers create a requisition if they want to search for suitable candidates for one or more positions.
The structure of the requisition contains the following data:
General Job Information contains the basic data required to manage the requisition. This includes the requisition title, the requisition alias, and the application close date, for example.
In addition, the data section contains information on the job details and payment information.
Data containing concrete positions or organizational units for which new employees are to be found using the requisition. In addition, the data section contains information about the number of the jobs to be filled and the cost center to which the job search costs incurred with the requisition can be posted.

Specifying the cost center is for information purposes only. No check is made to verify whether the cost center actually exists and the costs are not posted automatically to the cost center.
The support team consists of persons who process a requisition together and search for suitable candidates. The various team members have different roles depending on the tasks they undertake in the recruitment process.
Data on the competencies and qualifications a candidate must have in order to be considered for the job.
Data on the courses and proficiencies a candidate must have completed in order to be considered for the job.
Electronic documents that supplement the requisition.
Data on the status and reason why a certain status has been set.
The status of the requisition indicates its processing state.
The following status specifications are possible:
· Draft
· Released
· Closed
· To be deleted (this means the requisition is only displayed on the user interface for administrators)
· Put on hold (that is, the requisition can be used again at another point in time)
Data overview for the requisition.
List with job postings that have been
created for the requisition with a function for creating new job postings. A
job
posting is an independent object.
