Activated Templates 

Use

You can search the design time (gallery) for all types of active and deprecated GP objects.

Activities

To search for GP objects, choose the tab Activated Templates.

Finding Objects

Define your search based on the following parameters:

●     Category

●     Object type (Type)

●     Object status (Status)

When you search for deprecated objects, the system displays only those deprecated objects which are still in use.

●     Object title (Name)

Viewing Object Attributes

To view the attributes of an object, select the respective object in the result list. The system then displays an object overview below the result list. The following table shows you the available attributes for each object type.

Object Types and their Attributes

Basic Data	All object types	Contains object title and object description
Permissions	All object types	For more information, see Granting Permissions.
Attachments	Action Block Process	Files, URL and user can be assigned to objects in the design time and runtime. For more information, see Attachments.
Roles	Block Process	For more information, see Process Roles.
Exceptions	Block Process
Business Workflow Template	Process	When you work with the SAP Business Workflow, you can view the XML file describing the process template for the Business Workflow.
Open Flow	Action Block	You can view the following: ●     Parameter assignments ●     Input context ●     Output context ●     Local context ●     Assignment of input and output parameters Choose Type to get complete detail information.
