Display the Payroll Log for Concurrent
Employment
In a system in
which concurrent employment is active, the payroll log displays information
about the course and result of the payroll run for all employees, irrespective
of whether they have one or several
personnel
assignments.
The payroll log has the same features in systems with concurrent employment as those without. The payroll log display in a system with concurrent employment is different to a system without concurrent employment in the following points:
· The system displays the log for the person, and not the personnel number.
· The payroll log displays the processing steps in the personnel calculation schema, performed in a synchronization point, in the same way as in a system without concurrent employment.
Here, the log displays the individual tables per personnel assignment under the processing step. Tables that are processed on the personnel assignment level are displayed for each personnel assignment, several times if necessary. The log displays the person tables once.
· The payroll log displays the processing steps in the personnel calculation schema, which are performed per personnel assignment, under the node Assignment processing.
The log displays the individual personnel assignments under this node. It shows the processing steps and tables processed in them per personnel assignment. The log displays the person tables under each personnel assignment.
The following graphic displays the first levels of the payroll log for concurrent employment.

For more information about processing per personnel assignment and processing in synchronization points, refer to the documentation Technical Process Flow of Payroll Run for Concurrent Employment.
