Global Assignment Status (0715) 
In this infotype, which is maintained during the assignment preparation phase in the host or home country by means of personnel action 81, 82 or 83 after infotype Global Assignment Details (0710) and prior to the other infotypes relevant for global employee management, you store the current status of the global assignment according to HR processor.
This infotype enables you to streamline the whole global assignment process by means of a set of statuses described below:

Planned
The assignment process has not been triggered yet but is planned.

Submitted
The terms and conditions of the assignment have been submitted for approval to
the host line manager; the process has not been triggered yet.
·
Approved
The transfer has been approved by both home and host line managers. The host
line manager can, however, reject the assignment if the compensation package
is too expensive.
·
Declined by
Manager
The compensation package offer has been rejected by the host line
manager.
·
Accepted
The terms and conditions of the assignment have been accepted by the
candidate.
·
Declined by
Employee
The compensation package offer has been rejected by the candidate.
·
To Be
Activated
All the necessary relocation and assignment information has been gathered and
stored in the relevant infotypes. This status is needed for the assignment
activation by means of the relevant report (RPMGE_ACTIVATION).
·
In
Progress
The assignment is currently being handled by one of the HR administrators
involved in the transfer process.
·
Completed
Subsequent to the activation of the assignment; at this stage, the assignment
is considered as rounded off.
In addition, the host personnel number is retrieved from the host country system.
This infotype contains the following subtypes:
· Host country
· Home country
In most cases, the assignment details are maintained in the host country, unless the global is sent on another assignment (sending country).
The field Status of this infotype can only be customized within the customer name space definition. You can then, for example, add new statuses or change the order to meet your company-specific requirements. The sample entries shipped with the SAP System, however, belong to the name space definition managed by SAP.
