Procedure

  1. In Customizing for Materials Management, choose Purchasing ® Taxes ® Assign Tax Indicators for Plants. You can also use transaction OMKN (Table T001W).
  2. Assign a plant tax classification indicator to US plants.

Note

This activity is not mandatory. It is only necessary if the plant is used to automatically determine the tax code on MM documents.
