Address Determination for Correspondence 

Use

An address is assigned to the correspondence recipient when you create a correspondence request.

This address is used as the dispatch address for correspondence.

Integration

An address is assigned to all those specified as recipients in correspondence recipient determination. This is the address assigned to the business partner on the Partner tab in the contract.

Prerequisites

One standard address is stored for each business partner.

Scope of Functions

Address determination is carried out automatically by the system.

The following attributes are assigned to each correspondence recipient:

·        Business partner number

·        Business partner role

·        Address type in the loan

If the address type you have defined in the loan is invalid the system uses the standard address.

The system guarantees that there is always an address for each recipient because you always have to maintain a standard address for each business partner.
