Comparing Measured Values and Reference Values 

Prerequisites

You have called the required risk assessment and the Edit Risk Assessment: Assessment screen is displayed. Here you have selected the data record for which you want to perform the measured value-reference value comparison.

Procedure

...

       1.      Choose  with the quick info text Analyze.

       2.      Choose the Meas./Refer. Value tab page.

       3.      In the lower screen area, choose  with the quick info text Insert.

The Find Measurements for Exposure Assignment dialog box appears.

       4.      Enter your search parameters and choose .

A hit list appears containing the measurements found.

       5.      Select the measurement you want to look at and confirm your entry.

If you select a number of measurements, you can perform a number of comparisons in one step.

Result

The system determines the corresponding reference value from the specification database and places it in the tab page next to the measured value.

You can now simply let the system assign the rating by choosing  Rating. Or you can enter the rating manually. See also Measured Value-Reference Value Comparison.

For each comparison you can display details on the measurement and the reference value by choosing  with the quick info text Detailed Info.
