Infotype 0659 (INAIL management)
This infotype contains additional information for managing INAIL data.
It allows the management of data which allow the company an automatic settlement, i.e. the reporting of the insurance premium to the institution, as established by law.
At present this infotype is not required for all employees.
The data – which is necessary for the automatic settlement – managed in this infotype are:
· Existing risk of silicosis/asbestosis: this field is flagged if the employee is insured against this risk.
· Contribution discount percentage: certain categories of employees (e.g. trainees, employers under a training contract, etc.) benefit from a contribution discount, whose percentage must be indicated in this field.
· Employee type: in the statistic data of the form DM10/SM for the automatic settlement the number of employees per employee “type” (insurance member, houseworker, family worker) is required, and is indicated here.
The other fields of infotype 0659 are managed in other tables or infotypes (see the chapter on integration).
Infotype 0154 contains all data which are necessary for calculating INAIL contribution.
The complete management of the INAIL event is enabled by infotype 0659, which uses the necessary data for the automatic settlement (form DM10/SN), the data for filling in the forms 770 and F24, and those which are necessary for the nominal declaration of insured members.
Infotype 0659 uses the following data:
● Type of collective agreement -> from infotype 0008
● Pay scale area -> from infotype 0008
● Tax type -> from infotype 0154 / table T5ITCS
● Contribution indicator -> from infotype 0154 / table T5ITCS
● INAIL position -> table T5ITQN
● Train crew
● INAIL location
● INAIL central location
If in infotype 0154 the field related to INAIL subjection is managed, thus creating the contribution (with tax indicator = 43), also infotype 0659 is eventually displayed, which only requires the management of the three fields described in the section "Use".
Infotype 0659 can be also called individually in any case, since these three fields are independent of contribution.
