What you should know

Entering immediate tasks for the notification header

Choose the Tasks tab.

Enter the data in the task overview.

Select a task in the task overview and choose Detail view.

Entering corrective tasks for a notification item

Choose the Items tab, select an item, and then choose the Item tasks tab.

Enter the task data for the item.

Choose the Item tasks tab, select a task and then choose Detail view.

In this screen, you specify the planned start and finish date for the task. The dates entered may be changed based on the status issued (see Status Management for Tasks).
