Notification of Contracts to INEM 

Objective

The notification of hiring data to the INEM is performed through the program ‘Notification of Contracts to INEM’ (RPCINEE0).

Process

This program generates the XML files for interchanging hiring data with the INEM, following the structure and validations defined by the INEM.

The program has the logical database pnp associated. The personnel numbers selected when running the program, as well as the selection criteria of the pnp programs, are filtered according to the data maintained in the infotype contract data 0016 (Inf. 0480) in the relevant period.

Selection

Fill the selection screen fields according to your requirements.

If you mark the field "Live run", the program will update all the necessary records in infotype 0016 (Contract Elements) and the corresponding infotype view 0480 (Spain Contracts Extension) for the selected employees.

Note:

Bear in mind that, as well as updating the master data, you will modify the notification status. Make sure that the employees are not locked by any other process/transaction.

Result

The output is a log with the process result that contains a list with the employees that were selected, specifying if they have been included in the notification or not, as well as the reason why some employees were rejected in the moment of generating the notification (incomplete mandatory data, etc.). In the upper part of the frame that constitutes the log (above the status overview/result bar) there is a toolbar with the button “Generated files”. By clicking on this button you can display the generated file in HTML format. From this new screen you can download the generated file to the local hard disk in XML format.
