Use

The system calculates taxes on sales and purchases in the United Kingdom using calculation procedure TAXGB, which is supplied with the standard system and contains the necessary condition types for European VAT calculation.

You can either use the control data provided or you can define your own using the data provided as examples. To define your control data, in Customizing for Financial Accounting, choose Financial Accounting Global Settings ® Tax on Sales/Purchases ® Basic Settings ® Check Calculation Procedure ® Define Procedures ® Control Data.
