Use
With accompanying documents, you can comprehensively document the work processes in configuration management.
Integration
Accompanying documents connected to document management (CA-DMS) via an object link and are managed with their functions.
Prerequisites
You can then only assign an accompanying document to a configuration folder or baseline if, in Customizing for the document type, an object link for configuration folders or baselines has been planned (Customizing for document management, work step Control Data à Define Document Type).
Features
You can assign accompanying documents to configuration folders and to baselines.
On the Accompanying Docs tab page there is a list in which you can enter accompanying documents. The following functions are available to you:
