Purpose

The Gross Payroll component processes employee master data from SAP Personnel Administration and generates wage types and amounts to be used by the Net Payroll component. Pre-tax deductions and earnings are processed n the Gross Payroll component.

Integration

The Gross Payroll component is closely integrated with the SAP Personnel Administration and SAP Benefits components.
