Fiscal Data Belgium (0101) 
In this infotype you store the employee’s tax information.
The data you enter on this infotype is read by:
· The Belgian payroll program (RPCALCB0) to determine the tax amounts to be deducted.
· Report Monthly preparation of Belcotax (RPCTXFB0) and Annual preparation of Belcotax (RPCTXAB0), both for declaration purposes.
This infotype is split as follows:

Data on children
Enables you to specify information relating to the employee’s
child(ren):
¡ Number of dependant children (makes the employee eligible for tax reductions).
¡ Number of children eligible for child allowances.
¡ Number of disabled children (makes the employee eligible for tax reductions).
¡ Employee's identification number at the child allowance fund.

Data on other persons
Enables you to specify information relating to dependents other than the
employee’s spouse and children.
·
Data on spouse/person
Enables you to specify information relating to the employee’s spouse and
to the employee him/herself:
¡ Spouse’s income type (for example wage, pension, unemployment benefits, sickness or disability benefits).
¡ Spouse’s disability percentage. Partial or full disability makes the employee eligible for additional tax reductions.
¡
Spouse’s profession
category (for information purposes only).
Additionally, you can specify whether or not the employee is:
¡ Disabled.
¡ Either a not remarried widow(er) with at least one dependant child or an unmarried parent with at least one dependant child.

Data for tax
calculation
Enables you to specify employee-specific tax information:
¡ Employee’s marital status.
¡ Tax calculation method.
¡ Leave regulation, that is, the regulation that is used to calculate the employee's holiday pay.
¡ Applicable tax exemption (for information purposes only).
¡ If applicable, the geographical area for border workers (can be either the Netherlands, Germany or France).
¡ Tax slip code (281.10, 281.11, etc.).
¡
Employee’s
health insurance fund and number.
Additionally, you can
specify:
¡ Whether or not the employee has taken up residence in Belgium.
¡ A percentage that replaces or comes on top of the normal tax calculation.
¡ Any tax advance.
¡ Taxable base that is subject to Belgian tax calculation. For non-resident foreign executives, researchers and managers, only part of the gross salary is taxable in Belgium.
