Using Additional Functions in Report
Management 
You can use several additional functions
to edit selected reports. To select a report, position the cursor on the
report line and choose
with the quick info text
Select Subtree.
Note the following:

The report is displayed in Microsoft Word. The prerequisite for this is it must not have status RR (Report request). |

The status log is displayed together with information on the specification key, generation variant, and so on. |

|
The SAP system displays the parameter values that you can overwrite in report management (see Overwriting Default Parameter Values). |
|
|
You can toggle the view of the report tree. |
|
|
You can refresh the display after you have set the report status. |
|
|
You can display the color legend for the report tree. |
|
Extras ® History |
Reports with status HI (Historical) are added to the display. |
|
Extras ® Report Comparison |
You can compare two selected reports. |
|
Utilities ® Administration Info |
The document key and other administration information is displayed. |

Utilities ® Change Print Parameters |
If you want to print a report by choosing Report ® Print, you can enter the print parameters here. After you exit the transaction, the SAP system uses the print parameters defined in System ® User Profile ® Own Data. |

Utilities ® Change Default Key |
A dialog box appears in which you can choose a default work area and a default material. The SAP system saves the default material in your user parameters. You can display these parameters by choosing System ® User Profile ® Own Data. |

Utilities ® Change Initiator |
A dialog box appears in which you can choose an initiator. The SAP system saves the initiator in your user parameters. |

If you call a report template in display mode only, Microsoft Word is called without the WWI menu option.
If you display a document in print preview, you must close it before you can display a second document from the SAP system. If you do not, an error message is displayed.
