Generating Worklists 

Use

Worklists can be generated manually, but they should be scheduled automatically.

Prerequisites

Manual or automatically generated report requests exist (see “Use” section in Report Management Worklist).

The SAP system places manually generated report requests in the worklist immediately. For automatically generated report requests, you can generate the worklist manually or have the SAP system generate it for you periodically.

Procedure

To start the worklist manually, you must start the report programs RC1AVGE1 and RC1AVGE2 manually (see also the IMG activity Set Up Jobs for Generating Worklists in the Worklist section).

To schedule the worklist automatically, edit the IMG section Worklist.
