Purpose

The Admin Workset is the central administration tool for Guided Procedures. With the Admin Workset, you can:

     Carry out general administration tasks

     Manage transports

     Configure interactive forms

     Control communication with SAP Systems

Note

To be able to use the Admin Workset, you need administrator rights (GP Administrator). For more information, see Structure linkPortal Roles.

General Administration Tasks (General)

This area includes administrative activities regarding process instances, objects, e-mail templates and special authorization levels for elements of the GP design time. For more information, see:

Transport Management (Transport)

Transport management is the central transport tool for objects created using Guided Procedures. You can import and export categories created in the GP design time. For more information, see:

Configuration of Interactive Forms (Interactive Forms)

This area includes administrative activities regarding the handling of interactive forms. For more information, see:

The Admin Workset does not have full monitoring functionality. For comprehensive monitoring use the GP Monitor.
