RFHABU10
This program allows you to determine the offsetting accounts for all line items.
Note
This program is an alternative to the Offsetting Account Determination solution. The functions that it offers are less comprehensive, but it requires very little Customizing.
We recommend that if you are working with offsetting account determination for the first time, you use the other solution.
In contrast to the other solution, this program does not save any results to the database.
This program only processes documents that you have not already processed using the other solution. If you need to, you can thus process some of the documents using the other solution, and process the remainder using this program.
To access the report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose
You have made the settings as described in Customizing for RFHABU10.
You have posted all accounting documents so that the program can interpret them as described in the example. If not, you must reverse them and enter them again in a form that can be processed.
If you want to summarize the generated documents via the accounting interface, you must first check whether this will prevent them from being interpreted by the algorithm mentioned above.
You can select items by posting period, company code, business area and the G/L account number.
If you have already processed any accounting documents using the Automatic Offsetting Account Determination program or by manually determining the offsetting accounts, this program reads the processed documents from the database. It not reprocess them.
The program determines the total amounts posted from one account to another (see the example).
Correspondence for G/L accounts is output into three parts:
Total credit items
Total debit items
Account balances
All the information in the report is initially displayed for the complete G/L account number; this is later reduced to the first n characters of the number (according to the specified summation level).
When the list of results from the report is displayed, you can select a corresponding account with the cursor and display a list of the original documents for this account.
